185 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document outlines the rules and responsibilities governing the use of the 185 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the 185 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

The 185 platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.185 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time, and accounts that fail to provide satisfactory proof may be suspended or terminated.

By using this platform, you also acknowledge that you are doing so of your own accord and at your own risk, and that you understand the risks associated with online betting and gaming activities.

2. Account Creation & Security

Registration Terms
  • Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice.
  • Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.
  • 185 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through document verification, such as a Malaysian identity card or passport.
Account Security Responsibilities
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally.
  • If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
  • You are not permitted to share your account with any other party.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a185 platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules at all times:

  • Not to use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
  • Not to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised technical methods to access or exploit the platform.
  • Not to attempt to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or payment systems in any dishonest manner.
  • Not to engage in any form of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering activities through this platform.
  • Not to distribute content that is threatening, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful through any communication channel on the platform.
  • Comply with all betting limits, bonus requirements, and game rules set for each category within the 185 platform.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, along with forfeiture of your account balance if there is evidence of fraud or misconduct.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the185 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms and rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit
  • Deposits may only be made via the payment methods listed in the Deposit section of the platform, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and supported local banks.
  • The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the Deposit page at the time of the transaction.
  • 185 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds if any suspicious activity is detected.
  • Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method.
Withdrawal
  • Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
  • Withdrawals may be subject to an identity verification process prior to approval, particularly for larger amounts.
  • 185 reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 7 business days where further investigation is required.
  • Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through illegitimate means will result in account termination and the matter being reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policies

Limitation of Liability

185 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access by third parties. The 185 platform is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 185 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 185 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or using any platform content without prior written consent from 185.

Account Suspension & Closure

185 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, or requests from authorities. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a breach are not entitled to a refund of their account balance.

Third-Party Links

The 185 platform may contain references to payment provider services or partners. 185 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

185 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the 185 platform must first be resolved through the platform's prescribed process before any legal action is taken.
